Charles Thompson

Director

Charles joined New Creation Group in 2007, with a keen interest and experience in construction, coordinating property renovations, subdivisions, and redevelopments. Since commencing his role, Charles has undertaken further study, and in 2016 securing a Building Supervisor License for Residential and Commercial Projects. In giving back to the building industry, Charles volunteers his time as a judge for the annual HIA South Australian Housing Awards and a member of the HIA IR & Legal Committee. As Director, Charles leads a highly experienced, talented and award-winning team focused on guiding clients through the construction process and assist them in reaching their goals.

How We work

When you’re ready to move forward with your project, New Creation Group will guide you through their simple 4 step process to make your project as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

Connect

It all starts when you contact us and make an appointment for us to come and discuss your ideas, budget and vision. Together we collaborate on a design that works perfectly for you. Then, we provide you with a free no obligation quote so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Council

This is where we collect more details about your build, through reports from surveyors, engineers, draftsman etc. These are referred to as preliminary reports and are required to get your build approved by council.

Construction

We have an amazing team of trades persons who are overseen by our construction manager and site supervisor. They are dedicated to ensuring your building project runs as smoothly as possible and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Completion

Once your dream build is completed, you will have a handover which includes a comprehensive walkthrough to address anything that still requires attention. We pride ourselves in having a turn-key building process, where you only have to deal with one company, from start to finish.

Charles, Kristian, Dave and the entire NCG Team carried out our home renovation with expedience, professionalism and timeliness. We had an extremely difficult build, with two years of council meetings, due to specific zoning legislation, 11 redraws and building a two story home on a tight block in a tiny street with constant access and storage issues. The team from NCG and their contractors worked with us the whole way to ensure not only that we got the home we desired, but that we were also able to move in just in time for Christmas! Therefore we would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

From start to finish New Creations was faultless. We had a second story built which included a bedroom and ensuite. Charles was fantastic and assisted with great ideas for the design. The tradesmen were all very skilled and hard-working. The supervisor Kristian was exceptional with his communication and very accommodating with any changes we made along the way. I would definitely use this company again and highly reccommend them to anyone wanting to extend or build.
