Concept drawings and a  building proposal are presented at a meeting with our business manager to discuss your selections & quote

Once a deposit is paid for preliminary costs, preparations for council are  started. When council approval has been given, a contract is signed and work commences on your house

During construction you will have direct access to our Project & Business Managers, who will keep you updated at every stage, to ensure your building experience is a good one

At handover, after a comprehensive walk through inspection of all building work, we will provide you with keys and all certification paperwork
